After your first session, you will be able to say, I am not a smoker.
Most people believe that smoking is an addiction. I will show you how smoking is a habit and is something you can stop after one session.
Many people think that I can magically say a few words and you will immediately stop smoking. I cannot make people do things they do not want to do. This decision is up to you if you are really ready to stop. I will not have sessions with someone if you are wanting to stop smoking for someone else. Hypnosis is collaborative and must be the desire of the client, not someone else who is wanting you to stop smoking.
Are you afraid of gaining weight if you stop smoking? Are you afraid of not being able to relax if you stop? Is smoking a social thing? Do you really enjoy smoking? We will discuss these questions in our first session. You can be free of thoughts that are keeping you from stopping now.
Our first session together we will discuss your current smoking habits and then we will do a hypnosis session. We will also have 2 more follow up sessions to discuss anything further that may be hindering you.
