Havening Techniques® was developed by Dr. Ronald Ruden. It is a psycho-sensory method using touch to help individuals overcome emotional issues related to significate stressful events. Havening utilizes touch and distraction techniques to help reduce distressing memories. The touch used during havening facilitates the release of delta waves and helps to create a sense of safety and calmness or distressing memories. During a session, my client is guided to focus on positive thoughts or feelings which replaces the distressing thoughts and feelings. The Havening Techniques® is used to address different issues such as fears, issues related to feelings of anxiousness, distressing memories, emotional distress, and many other issues. Even though the Havening Technique is normally performed by a trained certified practitioner such as myself, I also teach my clients how to apply the Havening Technique on themselves. I have had great success with my clients using the Havening Techniques® to eliminate many distressing memories and also to help with issues related to restlessness, weight loss, smoking, fear of traveling, anger, guilt and many more issues.

It’s simply a matter of expectation and belief: when you, the client, expect something to happen, your mind becomes more open to suggestion. During a hypnosis session, you're fully alert and aware of everything being said and done. You cannot be made to do anything against your will.
Many people have seen stage hypnosis where volunteers seem to act wildly or out of character. In reality, those participants are often the kind of individuals who would be willing to do silly things in public even without hypnosis. Once I have received an email from you I will set up a free consutation call to discuss how I may help you. If you are ready now to invest in yourself, I will start the process of getting you scheduled.
I always ask my clients to block 2 hours for our first session. After that my sessions are 1.5 hours. However, each session may run a little longer or shorter. I want to make sure my clients have enough time to work through whatever issue we are working on for that session.
I only work over Zoom. This allows me to work with people all over the world. I have had clients all over the US, UK, Europe, Mexico, Australia, and New Zealand. All of my techniques work great over Zoom. I have had many people tell me how surprised they were that I was able to use hypnosis over Zoom. This also allows my clients to be in their own comfortable setting and not having to drive to an office.
Hypnosis is very safe. You as the client are in control at all times. You can not get stuck in hypnosis. All of my clients have commented how relaxed they feel after the session.
On rare occasions I will have in person sessions if my clients insist. However, I will also charge a higher fee for an office rental.
