What are New Havening Techniques?
Havening Techniques® is a relatively new alternative technique that is used to reduce emotional distress from earlier events in our life. The technique incorporates touch, distraction, and eye movements to help individuals overcome negative emotions and experiences. It is believed that the application of touch and other sensory techniques can alter the way the brain encodes traumatic memories, leading to a reduction in symptoms such as issues related to anxiety, fears, and sadness and anger.
Havening Techniques® are used to treat feelings related to a wide range of conditions, from issues related to trauma to everyday stress. This technique is fast, effective, and has been shown to produce long-lasting results.
